BBVATS plans and designs campuses for India’s national institutions: the IIFT and NICF campuses in New Delhi, IIM Bodhgaya, NIT Kurukshetra, LBSNAA in Mussoorie, and colleges of the University of Delhi.

01 Overview
Campuses for the institutions that train India’s managers, engineers, economists and civil servants.
The IIFT campus in New Delhi, 2,35,644 m² of built area for the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, was named Best Building of the Year by the Guild of Architects. Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies received the Indian Buildings Congress award for excellence in the built environment.
Several of these commissions were won in open All-India design competitions, including Sukhdev College, the works at NIT Kurukshetra and LBSNAA, and DAV Women University in Yamunanagar. IIM Bodhgaya and NICF each bring eighteen building blocks onto a single planned campus.
02 Campuses we have designed
03 What we deliver on a campus
Master plans for campuses of hundreds of acres, bringing academic, administrative, residential and support functions onto one planned site.
Teaching blocks, libraries, administration, auditoria, hostels and faculty housing, designed for each site’s terrain and climate.
Structure, MEPF and allied services designed in-house and delivered as complete comprehensive consultancy.
Every block on a campus resolved in one coordinated model at LOD 100–500, with clash detection and quantity take-offs.
