A single commission bringing three police stations, six police posts and a women's hostel together as one coordinated programme.
Delivered for Delhi Police across a 14,998 square-metre site, the buildings share a common architectural language — a robust masonry base, crisp white upper floors and the force insignia carried across each frontage — over a stilt, basement, ground and seven upper storeys.
BBVATS delivered comprehensive consultancy — architecture, structure, MEPF and allied services — with rooftop solar and secure operational planning integrated from the outset.
