Three police stations and their staff quarters, planned as one secure, self-contained campus.
Delivered for Delhi Police across a 16,565 square-metre site, the stations carry the same clean civic identity — a dark stone base, banded white floors and a signed entrance canopy — over a basement, stilt, ground and five upper storeys, with staff residences arranged for quick response.
BBVATS delivered comprehensive consultancy — architecture, structure, MEPF and allied services — coordinated in a single model from design to construction.
