EXPANSION OF IIT-DHANBAD
The project involves the construction & infrastructure development at the IIT, Dhanbad. The development includes multiple major facilities: a G+9 storied 800 Boys EWS Hostel, Two S+G+9 storied residential building. Additionally, the scope extends to the construction allied works at the IIT(ISM) Nirsa Campus to support research and academic activities. The total project cost is estimated at ₹166.20 crores.
Designed to enhance the residential, academic, and research ecosystem of IIT, the project emphasizes sustainability, efficiency, and technological integration, reflecting modern campus planning standards across both the Dhanbad and Nirsa campuses.

Construction of 3,168 Dwelling units in 22 number of G+8 blocks at Anni & 1,232 Dwelling units in 11 number of G+6 blocks at Bhusur under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) at HEC, Ranchi on site area of 88,000sq.m. and 36,000sq.m. with covered area of 1,31,600 sq.m. and 52,600 sq.m. approx.
